If you're not fully satisfied with your LashGuard™, you may return it within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible, the product must be unused, in its original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase. To start a return, contact us at shereehandle@gmail.com with your order number. Once we receive and inspect the item, a refund will be issued to your original payment method, excluding shipping costs. If the product is defective or damaged, we’ll gladly send a replacement at no additional charge.
